Welcome to the 2023 Yoga Matters Day Retreat – Being held in the Cathedral Hall in Palmerston North. This very special day retreat is the first time I am bringing it home to New Zealand, and I am so very excited to share it with you all! Over the course of the day you and a group of likeminded souls will be treated to a variety of activities and workshops to help you grow and let go. This wellness retreat truly is holistically nourishing for your mind, body and soul
Some of these activities you can expect include: Yoga, Pilates, meditation, mindful activities, nutrition and health coaching, emotional wellbeing and goal setting workshops. Also included is a nutritious and delicious morning tea and lunch, and some space to reflect, relax and journal your retreat experience!
Your Hosts
Your facilitators are Sarah Emmert, Michelle McGrath, and Joanna Taylor.
Sarah is a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, mindfulness coach, Thai yoga massage practitioner and a doula.
Michelle is a certified health coach and nutritionist who will guide attendees in nutrition and health goal setting.
Joanna is a registered psychologist who is passionate about integrative health and wellbeing, with a firm belief that our bodies cells do “eavesdrop” on our thoughts and feelings. Joanna will bring this holistic approach into her workshop with a focus on emotional wellbeing.
